Service work begins with an agreed scope.
A website search service inquiry is not an order. These terms explain how Yondexy presents search project support, what a company listing inquiry means and where responsibility for source data sits.
Effective October 10, 2026 · Last updated October 10, 2026These are the current website terms.
These terms take effect on October 10, 2026. They apply to use of yondexy.com and to the initial enquiries made through the site. The publication date is also the current last-updated date. No amendments are recorded.
Read the service description that relates to your inquiry alongside this document. A description sets out the kind of work available; it does not establish a delivery schedule or a price. Work-specific obligations belong in a separate agreement accepted by you and Yondexy before that work begins.
The privacy statement explains personal data use. The cookie statement covers browser storage and advertising consent. Those choices do not require you to commission a service, and declining optional storage does not stop you reading these terms or sending an inquiry.
Your inquiry goes to Yondexy.
These terms are with Yondexy, trading at yondexy.com. Yondexy is a small digital studio working on search, indexing, maps data and company reference services. It is not an external search engine or an advertising platform.
174 Mill Street, Apt 3, Austin, Texas 28536, Austin, Texas, United StatesThe contact email is [email protected]. The phone number is +1 (435) 555-4934. Use either route for a question about these terms. The studio description explains the source-first approach without treating a reference record as a recommendation.
Website search services have a defined scope.
The website explains services and provides routes to ask about them. The website search service addresses query behaviour and how results are presented. Search index design addresses the structure of a defined source set and the instructions for updating it.
The place data service concerns the relationship between place records and supplied information. This site describes that work through text-only fields, not an embedded map. The company catalogue service concerns business directory records and their source notes. A listing is a reference, not a review score or an endorsement of the listed business.
Nothing here promises a position in an external search engine, placement in a third-party map service or a particular amount of traffic. A source that can be indexed is not automatically a source you have permission to reuse. Scope discussions must account for permissions and exclusions, not just the number of records.
Sending a brief does not place an order.
Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. There is no cart, checkout or online payment. A company listing inquiry asks us to discuss a reference entry; it does not buy a listing or reserve a result position. The site does not create an account or ask for a password, payment information or card data.
Submitting the form records an inquiry. A saved inquiry number identifies that submission; it is not an order confirmation, a service acceptance or a commitment to start. A chat message has the same boundary. We must first establish the requested scope and decide whether the work is suitable.
An inquiry becomes an order only through a separate agreement accepted by both parties, covering the work and its price basis. Any delivery commitments or payment arrangements must be stated there, outside the website's inquiry flow. A request to change that agreed work needs a further discussion rather than an assumption that the change is included.
The estimator displays your planning budget using the unit amounts you enter. Its output is an estimate based on your assumptions, not a binding quote and not Yondexy rates. Do not treat a calculated total as an offer we have accepted.
Pricing follows the work being scoped.
Service pricing is discussed in USD. The site does not publish a fixed tariff, minimum fee or operator price band. Its scoping units help explain what needs to be priced. They are not a rate sheet.
For site search setup, the scope includes searchable records, query behaviours and result fields. Index design considers source records and fields, with source condition documented. Place data work considers place records, their relationships and coordinate checks. A company catalogue record is scoped by entries, record fields and update instructions, either for one entry or a defined batch.
Changing the agreed number of fields, adding a new source or asking for a different update process can change the work and therefore the proposed price. We discuss a revised scope instead of silently treating a broader request as covered. Source condition is relevant context, but the website applies no automatic fee modifier to it.
In the planning estimator, a unit count is multiplied by the lower and upper per-unit budgets you supply. Entering a zero budget does not make a service free. A missing budget does not mean a zero price. Ask for service pricing through the contact page before relying on any amount for a purchasing decision.
Use the inquiry routes for legitimate requests.
You may read the public service information, follow its reference links and send a genuine question or brief. Only submit material you are entitled to share. Describe a restricted source rather than sending a copy that contains somebody else's private information.
- Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the site, another visitor's conversation or records that are not public.
- Do not submit malware, harmful links, bulk spam or messages intended to disrupt the forms or support service.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit misleading ownership claims for a company entry or data source.
- Do not copy or collect site material in a way that infringes rights, defeats access controls or interferes with ordinary use.
- Do not include passwords, card data, identity documents or unrelated sensitive personal information in a brief or chat.
A public source still has conditions of use. Permission to view a page is not necessarily permission to index its contents or republish a record. If a permission is uncertain, identify the source and the proposed use so that boundary can be discussed before implementation.
Reading the site does not transfer its rights.
The site's original text, presentation and Yondexy marks belong to Yondexy or the applicable rights holders. Photographs and other supplied assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used as site material. No general reuse licence is granted by displaying them here.
You may keep a copy of these terms for reference. Reproducing photographs, branding or substantial site content for another publication or service requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits the use. Do not remove source or ownership information to suggest material is your own.
Illustrative interface photographs explain the type of digital work under discussion. They do not establish ownership of a third-party product, identify a client or prove that a depicted interface is a deployed Yondexy system. Rights in any commissioned deliverable are addressed in the separate work agreement rather than inferred from an inquiry.
External records can change after they are read.
Public website information and illustrative examples are provided as is for general reference. We do not warrant that every source record is current, complete or suitable for every intended use. A field can be structurally valid and still describe an out-of-date company or place.
Search indexes and company records depend on their inputs. A source may change its format, withdraw access or replace an earlier value. An external search system may process an update differently from a system within the agreed work. Yondexy does not guarantee external rankings, traffic, uninterrupted availability or third-party data accuracy.
Check the source before using a record for a decision that depends on its accuracy. An illustrative result layout is not professional advice and should not be treated as verification of a business. Following an external link brings you to another operator's content and conditions.

If something appears wrong in work Yondexy controls, identify the affected field or behaviour and the source used for comparison. The service corrections and guarantee limits page explains that distinction. A correction within an agreed scope is different from a request to make an external system adopt an update.
These terms do not remove mandatory rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yondexy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of public website information, reliance on illustrative material or the independent operation of third-party sources and platforms. This includes claimed lost traffic or opportunities based on an assumed search position that we have not guaranteed.
There is no monetary liability cap stated in these website terms. Liability for commissioned work depends on the applicable law and the agreement for that work. The absence of online payment does not itself exclude responsibility for a legal obligation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits a non-waivable consumer right or overrides an applicable privacy right. If an exclusion is not enforceable in your circumstances, it applies only to the extent the law allows. Raise a specific concern through the contact route rather than relying on a general example as a determination of liability.
Abusive use can lead to access being restricted.
Yondexy may refuse an inquiry or restrict access to an interactive route where use is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or interferes with the site. A request can also be declined when the proposed source or outcome falls outside the work we can agree to undertake. Sending a brief does not require us to accept it.
A restriction intended to protect the site does not settle an outstanding data request or remove rights under an existing agreement. Use email or phone to raise a genuine concern if a form or chat route is unavailable. Do not create repeated submissions to bypass an access restriction.
If you no longer want to pursue a service inquiry, tell us using its reference or the contact route originally supplied. Closing that discussion is not the same as deleting its record. Deletion requests follow the process below and the retention limits in the privacy statement.
Data requests have a separate handling route.
A service inquiry starts a discussion about scope; these terms do not promise a service delivery date or a reply period for project pricing. A personal data request is different. Yondexy answers a data request within 5 days.
Use the data request page to ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy. You can also write to [email protected]. Include enough context to identify the conversation, such as a reference already issued, without including an identity document or sensitive information. Proportionate identity questions may be needed before a record is disclosed or changed.
US state privacy law applies, including California's CCPA/CPRA and the other state laws in force. The privacy statement also addresses GDPR rights for visitors who reach the site from Europe. You may complain to your state Attorney General and, in California, to the California Privacy Protection Agency. A website access restriction does not prevent you using those routes.
Logs: 60 days
Consent record: 12 months
Different records have different limits.
The inquiry form records your name and contact details, address if supplied, inquiry kind, message, requested specification and consent tick. It also records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL and the moments the form was rendered and sent. The support chat keeps the conversation and uses a browser token so you can return to it.
| Record | Period |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and their email copies | 18 months |
| Chat transcripts | 12 months |
| Server and access logs | 60 days |
| Record of a consent choice | 12 months |
The consent choice is stored in the browser under site_consent_v2. The chat token serves a different purpose: it reconnects the requested support conversation. Clearing browser storage does not itself delete an inquiry or transcript held on the server. Ask about the particular record through the data request route.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic here. Incoming URLs can carry gclid, msclkid and fbclid. These identifiers are not described as anonymous. Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage and sets them back to denied the moment you decline or withdraw. Global Privacy Control, through the Sec-GPC header, is honoured as an opt-out without asking again.
The cookie statement explains those choices. Microsoft's handling is covered by the Microsoft privacy statement. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message bodies are not sent in advertising events. Denied storage does not mean that no platform request of any kind occurs.
Texas law governs these terms.
These terms run under the law of Texas, United States, with disputes heard in the courts of Austin. This choice does not remove protections or rights that applicable law makes mandatory for a visitor.
For a concern about the website or an inquiry, contact Yondexy and identify the page or record involved. That gives us a specific issue to examine. Contacting us is not a requirement to give up a right to bring a complaint to a competent authority or to use a remedy provided by law.
Amendments are identified on this page.
A change to these website terms is announced by publishing the revised text here with its updated date and an amendment note. The effective date and last amendment marker distinguish the current text from an earlier copy. No amendments are recorded for this publication.
A later website revision does not silently rewrite an already accepted work agreement. If a proposed change affects commissioned work, it must be addressed through that agreement. Keep a copy of the terms or correspondence relevant to your inquiry if you need a record of what you read.
