The studio / Austin, Texas

Our search work starts at the source.

Yondexy, trading at yondexy.com, is a small digital studio based in Austin, Texas, United States. We offer a website search service, structured data indexing, place data work and company reference services for internet projects.

Operating duration and headcount are not published. The useful way to assess the fit is to look at the service boundary: what information needs to be handled, where it comes from and what a visitor needs to do with it.

Defined digital work

We work on the structure behind finding information.

Search setup concerns the query and its response: which fields a person can search, which filters narrow the result set and what an empty result means. Index design concerns the source set underneath: record identity, field mapping and the rules for including or replacing an entry. They can belong to the same project, but they should not be confused.

Place data work connects a place record to the information it describes. A coordinate without a source or a stated relationship is not enough. Company catalogue work defines reference fields and update instructions for inquiry-led entries. Neither service sells an external search position or a review score.

These are digital services, not retail products. The catalogue has no cart, checkout or payment. A company listing inquiry opens a discussion about a record; it does not purchase a public endorsement. Pricing depends on the requested service scope and is discussed through an inquiry, not inferred from a photograph or a planning calculator.

Query and evidence

Finding a record does not verify its contents.

A search result answers a retrieval question: which record matches this request under the rules of this system? It does not, by appearing, answer the separate question of whether every statement in the record is correct.

The distinction matters most when a result looks polished. A readable title and a neat set of fields can make a source seem more authoritative than it is. Our working position is to keep the source relationship visible, rather than let interface styling stand in for evidence.

A reference record can point to the original material or explain where a value came from. That still leaves room for missing information and source disagreement. A useful interface should make those limits readable.

An external search engine has a different job.

An on-site index can be defined around a stated source set. An external engine chooses what it discovers and how it ranks results using systems outside this studio's control. Improving a site's own search is not the same as changing its position in Google or Bing.

The same is true of business directory records. An inquiry-led entry on a defined catalogue is not a promise that the company will appear elsewhere. If external placement is the outcome you have in mind, say so at the start; it should not be buried inside a request labelled “search setup.”

Source inspection

Read the original before giving the field a name.

A heading in a source document can look like a category without actually being one. A date can describe publication, revision or an event. Naming the field does not resolve that ambiguity.

Source inspection asks what each value means where it was found. Only then can it be assigned a useful role in an index or reference entry. If that meaning is uncertain, the uncertainty belongs in the scope instead of being lost during extraction.

Extraction and interpretation need separate names.

Copying a value out of a source is not the same as deciding what that value implies. A company name can be copied. Deciding that similarly named records refer to the same company requires a matching rule and supporting information. That second operation should not disappear into the first.

Nor should an inferred description be presented as source wording. When a field has been derived, its role needs to be clear. A request for “clean data” is too broad until the work distinguishes formatting from a change in meaning.

For a source-first brief, the most useful sample is one that exposes the difficult decision. Show the field names and describe a known inconsistency without sharing confidential contents. A perfect example alone can conceal the part of the work that needs the most discussion.

Working standards

Keep a path back to the original meaning.

Do not erase uncertainty.

A missing source date remains missing. An unresolved relationship remains unresolved. The scope can define how to display those states without filling them with unsupported content.

That gives an editor or reader a reason to ask a question rather than a false reason to trust a field.

Do not bury a change.

Replacing a record, revising a field and excluding an entry are different actions. The update instructions should say which action follows a source change and who is responsible for deciding.

Automation does not remove that responsibility. It makes the rule more important.

Plain explanations are part of the work.

A specification is not useful merely because it uses technical words. “Relevance” needs to say what affects a result's order. “Freshness” needs to identify which source date is being used. “Verified” should not appear without a defined check that supports it.

Yondexy's preference is for a field name and a rule that can be questioned. This makes a scope discussion more direct: you can ask for an exact identifier lookup, a source note beside each entry or an explicit no-match response, rather than asking for a search experience that is simply “better.”

The planning budget tool follows the same principle. Its arithmetic uses visitor-entered figures and stated units. It does not imply that a calculated total is an operator rate or a quote for work that has not been scoped.

Reach the operator

Send the question to Yondexy directly.

For service enquiries and data requests, write to [email protected]. You can also call +1 (435) 555-4934. Yondexy does not publish staffed telephone hours or a response window for general service enquiries. Leave a message with a reply route rather than assuming someone is available immediately.

A data request is answered within 5 days. Use the data request route if you need access, correction, deletion or a copy of information relating to you. That response period is for data requests, not a project delivery commitment.

Public information

The service boundary includes your data choices.

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic to this site. An incoming URL can carry Google's gclid, Microsoft's msclkid or Meta's fbclid. These click identifiers are not described as anonymous. A service inquiry remains separate from advertising event content; your name, message and reply details are not advertising event fields.

Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage. Declining or withdrawing sets all four back to denied. Global Privacy Control is honoured as an opt-out without asking again. The Cookies page explains the controls and links to platform information, including the Microsoft privacy statement.

Read the Privacy statement for inquiry and chat handling, or the Accessibility page to report a barrier. The Terms describe inquiry-only use; the Warranty page explains correction boundaries and outcomes outside Yondexy's control.
