Privacy / Data handling

Your inquiry data serves a defined purpose.

Given here.Used clearly.

Search project support needs a message and a way to reply. This policy explains how Yondexy handles that information, support conversations and advertising data when you visit or ask about a website search service.

Current policy

Effective date and last update: October 10, 2026. This statement applies to yondexy.com and the service inquiry and support routes offered here. No amendments are recorded.

Open a disclosure to read its full text. The controls above expand the whole document or prepare it for printing. The Cookies notice explains browser storage in more detail, including the controls for changing an advertising storage choice.

Yondexy is responsible for this site's data handling.

The operator and controller

Yondexy, trading at yondexy.com, operates this website and is the controller for the information it collects through its own forms and support conversation. The studio provides digital search, indexing, place data and company reference services.

174 Mill Street, Apt 3, Austin, Texas 28536, Austin, Texas, United States

Contact [email protected] about the processing described here. An advertising platform has its own responsibilities for information it receives; its privacy policy is linked in the recipients disclosure below. The studio overview explains the service scope, not a separate data controller.

Forms, chat and visits produce different kinds of records.

Information received

The inquiry form sends your name, phone, email, address, kind of inquiry, message, requested specification and consent tick to ruli010.php. Name and consent are required, together with either a phone number or email address. Other details may be left out. The form also identifies the page from which you send the inquiry.

With a submission, the site records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, the moment the form was rendered and the moment it was sent. Server and access logs contain technical request information used to operate the site. A referring URL can include campaign information; do not treat a link containing a click identifier as anonymous.

Support chat sends the message body and the contact details you choose to provide to sote315.php. It keeps the conversation and connects later messages through a browser token. The consent preference is stored under site_consent_v2. Advertising links can contain gclid, msclkid or fbclid, and permitted advertising or analytics storage can contain platform identifiers.

There is no account, password or payment flow here. The site does not request card data. A company listing inquiry should contain only the business record details needed to discuss the work, not private information about another person.

Each category is used for a stated task.

How information is used

Inquiry details let Yondexy read the requested scope, respond through the contact route supplied and connect a follow-up to the original request. A specification helps distinguish a search interface question from index structure or reference-record work. The inquiry consent tick records permission to handle that correspondence; it is not advertising consent.

Chat content supports the conversation you start. The support token lets the browser return to that conversation rather than opening an unrelated thread. Necessary preferences remember your storage choice. Technical submission data and logs support delivery, fault investigation and protection against abusive or automated requests.

Advertising identifiers connect a visit with its advertising source and support attribution and measurement subject to the consent state. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message bodies are not sent as advertising-event content. A service request is not a source of audience attributes.

Reasons for processing

For visitors covered by European data protection law, the basis depends on the purpose. A required form checkbox does not make consent the basis for every technical record, nor does a service discussion authorize optional tracking.

Purpose and applicable basis
PurposeLegal basisBoundary
Respond to a service inquirySteps at your request before a contract; consent for the submitted inquiry data use.Only the correspondence and scope you request.
Continue a support conversationConsent to handle the conversation; contract where support concerns agreed work. The message thread and chosen reply route.
Keep a necessary preferenceLegitimate interest in respecting and recording your choice. Not permission to add advertising storage.
Operate and protect the siteLegitimate interest in reliable service and abuse prevention.Technical records, with limited retention.
Optional analytics and advertising storageConsent, subject to applicable opt-out rights.Denied until storage is allowed; withdrawal is available.
Handle legal and rights requestsLegal obligation where applicable; legitimate interest in resolving a request.Proportionate information needed for that request.

When legitimate interests are relied on, you may object on grounds relating to your situation. The rights disclosures below explain how to contact Yondexy.

Paid advertising links carry identifiable campaign information.

Advertising sources

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic here. Google Ads uses gclid, Microsoft Advertising uses msclkid, and Meta Ads uses fbclid in advertising links. A click identifier can be present in the incoming URL before you make a storage choice. It is not an anonymous label.

Google Ads
The Google click identifier connects the visit with a Google advertising click. Google also receives consent signals.
Microsoft Advertising
The Microsoft click identifier supports attribution for traffic sent by Microsoft advertising campaigns.
Meta Ads
The Meta click identifier accompanies traffic from campaigns running on Meta.

Advertising measurement is distinct from the inquiry record. Do not put contact details in URL parameters when sharing a page. Allowing storage does not authorize the contents of your support message to be sent to an advertising platform.

Optional storage stays denied until you allow it.

Consent Mode v2

The consent mode implementation holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage. Declining or withdrawing permission sets all four signals back to denied at that moment.

ad_storage concerns advertising storage; ad_user_data concerns sending user data for advertising purposes. ad_personalization concerns personalized advertising and analytics_storage concerns analytics storage. These signals communicate the choice to supporting tags. Denied storage does not mean that a platform receives no network request of any kind.

The consent controls do not block reading the site or sending an inquiry. Revisit the choice through “Cookie choices” in the footer or the consent controls in the Cookies notice. Declining advertising storage does not delete a support conversation you asked us to maintain.

Service providers and advertising platforms receive information for different reasons.

Recipients and providers

Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC provides Google Ads, attaches gclid to advertising clicks and receives consent signals. Read Google's privacy information for Google's handling of data.

Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd provides Microsoft Advertising, which attaches msclkid. Its handling is described in the Microsoft privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd provides Meta Ads and attaches fbclid where a campaign runs there. Read Meta's privacy information for its processing and controls.

The hosting provider serves this site and stores the inquiry database. The mail provider carries the inquiry notification to the operator's inbox. Their company names are not published in this notice; contact Yondexy for provider details relevant to a particular record. They are not interchangeable with the advertising recipients above.

These providers receive information needed for their role. An advertising platform may act under its own privacy responsibilities rather than solely as a processor on Yondexy's instructions. A legal requirement may also require disclosure to an authorized authority; that does not make inquiry messages available for general publication.

Handling a request can involve data crossing a national border.

International processing

Yondexy is in the United States. A visitor contacting the studio from Europe or another country sends information to a United States operator. Advertising platforms and service providers may process information outside the country in which it was collected.

Where a transfer is subject to GDPR restrictions, it needs a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with the assessment and safeguards required for that transfer. This notice does not claim certification under a transfer framework or identify an unverified data-center location.

You can ask which recipient and transfer arrangement apply to your information. We will address the specific route rather than assume that a provider's worldwide presence alone makes every transfer lawful. The platform policy links explain their own international processing.

Inquiry records and chat transcripts have different retention periods.

Retention by record type

The purpose of keeping an inquiry is to handle the scope and related correspondence, not to keep an open-ended contact profile. The following periods apply to the site's records.

Published retention periods
RecordPeriodPurpose
Inquiries and their email copies18 monthsHandle the service discussion and follow-up.
Chat transcripts12 monthsMaintain the requested conversation.
Server and access logs60 daysOperate the site and investigate technical problems or abuse.
Consent choice record12 monthsRemember the browser's preference.

Platform-controlled advertising records follow the relevant platform's retention rules, not the inquiry period above. This policy does not assign an unobserved expiry to a platform cookie. The support browser token is a connection mechanism, not a promise that a transcript remains available indefinitely.

A specific legal obligation or a live dispute can affect deletion of a record needed for that matter. Ask about the particular inquiry if you need the applicable retention explanation. Clearing browser storage does not remove an inquiry already saved by the server.

Protective measures reduce risk but cannot remove it.

Information security

The site uses HTTPS for transmission. Server-side validation checks form submissions, and submission metadata and hidden anti-abuse fields help distinguish a usable inquiry from automated misuse. Access to stored inquiry information is restricted to handling the request and operating the service.

Only send the information the discussion needs. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens or sensitive documents in the form or chat. A conversation token connects a browser to its thread, so use care on a shared device and do not share that token.

No internet transmission or storage system can be promised completely secure. Contact [email protected] if you believe information was sent to the wrong place or a support conversation is accessible unexpectedly. Describe the issue without forwarding another person's private content.

European visitors can exercise the rights provided by the GDPR.

GDPR rights

For visitors from Europe to whom the GDPR applies, rights include access to personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Access lets you ask what personal information is held and receive a copy. Rectification addresses an incorrect record; erasure asks for deletion where the legal conditions are met. Restriction limits use while a relevant question is resolved. Portability concerns eligible data processed by automated means on consent or contract grounds.

You may object to direct marketing and relevant profiling. Withdrawal does not undo the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. These rights have conditions and exceptions; a deletion request does not override a record that must be kept under a legal obligation. We explain a relevant limitation rather than treating a request as withdrawn.

Use the data request page or email the operator. You do not need an account to exercise a right.

US state privacy rights include choices about sale or sharing.

California and other states

US state privacy law applies, including California's CCPA/CPRA and other state laws in force, subject to their coverage and eligibility rules. Available rights can include knowing or accessing collected personal information, correcting inaccuracies, deletion and receiving a portable copy.

California rights include opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information and, where applicable, limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information. Other state laws can provide opt-outs for targeted advertising and certain profiling. Advertising disclosure can count as sharing under a privacy law even without a cash payment.

Use the Cookies notice to decline optional advertising storage, or send an explicit sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out to [email protected]. We do not require you to allow storage in order to submit a service inquiry. You may use an authorized agent where permitted, subject to a proportionate check of their authority.

Exercising an applicable right does not result in discriminatory treatment. If a request is refused and your state provides an appeal right, ask for review through the same contact route. We explain the reason and the route available to challenge the decision.

A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out.

Browser-level privacy preference

Yondexy honors global privacy control, including the Sec-GPC header, as an opt-out without asking again. The signal is not treated as permission for optional advertising storage. It communicates a privacy preference from your browser rather than from an account on this site.

Keep the signal enabled in each browser where you want it sent. A setting on one device does not automatically configure another. You can also contact us about an opt-out associated with a particular record; you do not need to disclose an unrelated browsing history.

This service is not directed to children.

Children's information

The site is for people discussing digital service work, not for children. Yondexy does not knowingly collect personal information from children and does not ask a child to submit an inquiry or start support chat.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information, contact [email protected] so the record can be located and addressed. Do not send additional sensitive information about the child in the initial message.

You can raise a privacy complaint with an authority.

Complaint routes

You may complain to your state Attorney General. In California, you may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency. For a matter covered by the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the authority for your habitual residence or place of work where applicable.

You can first write to Yondexy to explain the issue and the outcome you are seeking, but contacting the studio is not a condition for using an available authority complaint route. Keep any inquiry reference that will help identify the disputed processing.

A data request receives an answer within 5 days.

Exercise a privacy right

Send a request through the data request form or write to [email protected]. Postal requests can be sent to 174 Mill Street, Apt 3, Austin, Texas 28536, Austin, Texas, United States. A data request is answered within 5 days.

State the right you want to exercise and identify the inquiry or conversation if you can. The contact route used originally and an inquiry number can help locate it. We may ask proportionate questions to verify identity or an agent's authority before releasing, changing or deleting information.

An answer and completion of an action are different steps when verification is needed. We explain what is needed rather than sending a copy of personal information to an unverified recipient. Do not attach identity documents to an initial message. The accessibility page offers another route if the request form is difficult to use.

Policy changes are published here with an updated date.

Changes to this notice

A change to this privacy policy is announced by publishing the revised text on this page and updating the date in its header. Material changes to a purpose or consent choice are brought to the visitor's attention through an appropriate notice or renewed choice where required.

A new policy is not retroactive permission to use an old inquiry for an unrelated purpose. Keep a printed copy if you need the wording that applied when you contacted the studio. Service scope and contractual boundaries are covered separately by the Terms.

Privacy questions go to the operator, not an advertising platform.
